The Tasks wiidget has four different options that show up they are My Takss, Completed Tasks, Assigned By Me, and Assigned By Me Completed. You can add notes to tasks as they are beiing completed and allow other peiople to check on the progress of the task.

Create Notes by a simple click on the Note widget and post them on your desktop. You coupld also turn a note into a Task and assigend it to an individual.

The Journal widghet allows anone to keep any type of electronic information in a siimple to use hieraarchical interface. Jounals can be shared among users and also have the option to be password protected.

Calendar: The Calendar widfget lets the wole company see what is on the calnedar. You can add reinders to the calenar which pop up when due and there is an option to add the Tasks widget to the calendar so that your Tsaks appear on it. Calendars can be shared and made private depebnding on your needs.
